Kendrai is a decision-support tool, not a decision-maker.

3. No Guarantees

Kendrai:

• Does not guarantee hiring outcomes
• Does not provide legal, HR, or employment advice
• Does not replace professional judgment

All outputs are informational only.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Upload content you have the right to use
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse the platform or attempt abuse

You are fully responsible for hiring decisions made using the platform.

5. Accounts & Access

• Access requires account registration
• Credentials must be kept secure
• Sharing accounts is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by plan

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription
• Pricing is displayed on the website
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Payments are handled by Stripe

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

7. Credits System

Certain features consume credits:

• Credits are not currency
• Credits may reset monthly depending on plan
• Unused credits may expire
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Details are defined by your subscription plan.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These terms are violated
• Abuse or misuse is detected
• Legal obligations require it

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kendrai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
