Everything you need to know before using Kendrai.
Kendrai is a recruitment decision engine. It transforms resumes and job descriptions into structured hiring intelligence such as match scores, decision verdicts, risk levels, and interview strategies. It is not a chatbot.
ChatGPT generates conversational text. Kendrai generates deterministic, structured decision objects designed for hiring workflows. The same input always produces the same output, which is critical for compliance and defensibility.
Kendrai is built for recruiters who need fast, defensible decisions, and for candidates who want to understand how their application is evaluated and how to improve it for specific roles.
Recruiters receive a decision verdict, match score, confidence level, risk assessment, evidence trails, interview focus areas, and auto-generated emails. Candidates receive a fit score, strengths and gaps, CV improvement suggestions, cover letters, and interview preparation.
PDF, DOCX, and TXT files are supported. PDFs must be digital (text-selectable). Scanned PDFs and images are not supported yet.
Most analyses complete in under 10 seconds. Longer resumes or complex job descriptions may take slightly longer.
The free plan includes one full analysis with all features enabled. Results are not saved and exports are disabled.
